Weaving looms are being used to manufacture the woven labels. The looms weave yarns known as warp and weft spinning, which recreates the emblem of the consumer as a piece of art. The clothing labels are cut off from the looms in a tape formation by laser, which help to prevent the fraying yarns from the label. Multiple looms are available to make the woven labels but used looms such as broad looms, rapier looms, needle looms, double and single shuttle looms for making the woven labels.
Woven labels are longer resistant than printed labels and are also better washed in the long term. Several other advantages include high-end finish, durability and softness to the skin when you select a textured clothing product. Woven labels make clothes more luxurious, while printed clothing labels give the clothing a lighter and more discreet look. That is why luxury brands prefer to use the woven labels.
Damask Woven Label is the most commonly used premium woven label. This type of weave is an excellent mark for clothes when you are looking for a label that offers a high-end look. It brings more clarity by defining fine images or texts. These labels are weaved at a slow pace, with finer yarns and higher density. It gives a uniform weave, with added durability and more suitable for complicated logo or artworks. In Damask Woven Label we can also use Silk yarn to have glossy surfaces bringing superb quality to complement brands. Being a premium woven labels provider in Paris, we provide silk yarn labels that are soft and smooth.
Needle Loom
This is identical to the above mark for damask garments, but on this label on our Needle Loom we use a smaller 50D yarn denier which is able to achieve much better details on the logo. This label has an even more visible appearance to the finish of the label’s yarns, which are well fitted to the luxury products. This weaving technology helps us to weave images as quality on labels of clothes, which offer shadow, depth and colour richness.
